My Story
I’ve spent my life immersed in movement, starting as a classical dancer and evolving into a Pilates teacher passionate about helping people move better and feel amazing. My Pilates journey began in 1983, and over the years, I’ve witnessed how Pilates can transform not just the body but the way we approach life itself. Now, I’m thrilled to share this experience with you in a welcoming, down-to-earth setting—no prior dance skills required!
