The classes are suitable for all levels but are paced faster, which can be challenging if you’ve never done Pilates before.
All members have different fitness levels—some have been attending every week since I started seven years ago! If you add that up in hours, it’s over 10,000. As they say, practice builds skill. Many members have progressed from Beginners to Intermediate, and I’m proud to say some have even reached an advanced level. A few have gone on to become qualified Pilates instructors.
It’s truly inspiring to see people embrace the connection between mind and body—becoming more conscious in movement and understanding the importance of body awareness. That awareness is key to staying strong and mobile, making Actively Aging a reality.
